Bramble Whisky

21% abv. The mellow, deep flavour of the fruity blackberries combines delightfully with the earthy tones of the whisky to create a deliciously harmonious liqueur.

We take a 3 year-old lowland, blended Scottish Whisky and steep it with rich and mellow blackberries. A little sugar added to the mixture encourages the fruit to give up its’ deep, dark secrets over a period of months, ultimately making a product that allows its’ base spirit to shine alongside the fruity tones of the hedgerow jewels.

• Nose – rich, dark fruits with gentle whisps of earthy Scotch Whisky
• Palate – immediate mellow fruity notes followed by clear whisky elements
• Finish – smooth and gently warming.
• Sweetness – mid-low sweetness

Steeping - Three year-old, blended Scotch Whisky. Hand-picked, hedgerow blackberries

Perfect Serve - 25ml Bramble Whisky and top up with warm apple juice and garnish with apple slices.
