25ml Hedgerow Gin with Rhubarb & Raspberry

75ml Sparkling Elderflower

50ml Prosecco

Method
Add 25ml Hedgerow Gin Rhubarb & Raspberry to Glass,

Top up with 75ml Sparkling Elderflower,

Finish with 50ml Prosecco.

Garnish with Sprig of Thyme & fresh Rhubarb.
